As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm le, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales le into policyholders. From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Responsibilities
Handling inbound calls and warm le
Consulting with customers on their insurance needs
Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales le into policyholders
Representing the Liberty brand
Connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs
Requirements
2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
Property and Casualty License required after hire
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Shift options are 11:30-8pm EST, 12:30-9pm EST, or 1:30-10 EST.
Must be able to maintain department. Work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.
