The role oversees IT operations, manages projects, and creates comprehensive technical documentation while supporting team members and end-users.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Create clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, system documentation, and training materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
  • Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades

  • Exceptional technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and user-friendly documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CompTIA Project+) are a plus
