This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technical professionals, primarily focused on Software Engineers, Desktop Engineers, and Electronic Engineers. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, experience recruiting technical talent, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies</li><li>Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical and engineering positions</li><li>Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates</li><li>Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments</li><li>Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process</li><li>Provide regular pipeline updates and recruiting metrics to stakeholders</li><li>Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques to identify talent</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining a high sense of urgency</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Compensation:</u></strong></p><p>$45/hr to $54/hr.</p><p><br></p><p>Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.</p><p><br></p><p>Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
