[Remote] Project Manager, Corporate Development and Integration

They are seeking a Project Manager, Corporate Development and Integration responsible for managing reputed company reputed company to inorganic reputed company opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions. The role involves project management, business analysis, and supporting various reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Project manages the complete Corporate Development project lifecycle, which includes but is not limited to:
• Coordination of the corporate development process (e.g., due diligence, data rooms, internal updates)
• Integration reputed company planning and documentation
• Project monitoring with integration team members, including associated coordination of reputed company tracking and postmortem analyses
• Stakeholder management, conflict reputed company, and escalations
• Risks & issues identification and management
• Collaborates cross functionally with reputed company teams involved in the Corporate Development process to support analysis, solution challenges, and reputed company workplans
• Supports transaction reputed company processes with other functions, including communication of key aspects of financial models and applicable deal terms
• Conducts/performs business analysis, process mapping, and data analysis as required
• Assists in the maturation of reputed company’s Corporate Development capabilities, which includes but is not limited to:
• Improvements to the reputed company Corporate Development processes and standards
• Disciplined memorialization of industry and reputed company knowledge
• Education for staff members, particularly processes surrounding Corporate Development
• Demonstrates maturity in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines, including reputed company reputed company to cultural and organizational climates and emotional intelligence
• Utilizes an appropriate, concise, and reputed company communication approach for providing updates to reputed company and internal stakeholders
• Supports the preparation of effective presentation materials that are appropriately tailored to the audience
• Supports the project management of other initiatives pertaining to the reputed company Development department, like reputed company Planning, business reputed company improvement, and business transformation initiatives, as necessary
• Travel 50%, if remote

Skills

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other rigorous discipline is required
• 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically reputed company on Corporate Development initiatives (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, partnerships, and other investments) at a corporation, investment bank, or reputed company is required
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• reputed company communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., WorkFront, Trello, MS Project/Planner, etc.)
• Master's degree (MS, MBA, MHA) is a plus
• Experience in the reputed company sector is a plus
• Project Management certification is a plus (PMP, CAPM, PPM, or equivalent)
