Remote Senior Customer Success Tech Architect

IBM's Global Markets division is seeking a Senior Customer Success Technical Architect for Confluent. You will partner with customers and internal teams to drive time-to-value, optimize product usage, and deliver value-based outcomes across complex data streaming deployments.

You'll leverage your technical background in cloud, containers, and streaming tech to architect solutions, guide adoption, and help customers scale Kafka/Flink while maintaining strong relationships and trust.
