Remote Temporary Full-Time Quality Analyst

True Choice LLC is a work-from-home call center specializing in Medicare health insurance. Our Quality Analyst team plays an important role in supporting compliance and quality by auditing calls completed by our licensed insurance agents to ensure they meet CMS and carrier guidelines.

True Choice LLC is currently seeking a Remote Temporary Full-Time Quality Analyst to join our fast-growing team. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to and audit recorded calls completed by licensed insurance agents.
• Review calls for compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines.
• Accurately document audit findings and quality results.
• Identify potential compliance or quality concerns.
• Work efficiently across multiple online systems and platforms.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all company privacy and security requirements.

Job Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection; candidates will be required to provide home network connection speeds.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant work-from-home workspace.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour
