Sales Development Representative - Remote

BluCactus USA is looking for a remote Sales Development Representative to help build B2B sales pipeline for digital marketing, presentation design, fashion marketing, web design, SEO, paid , email marketing, branding, and creative services. This is a USA-focused remote sales opportunity, but strong international candidates may also apply. The role focuses on prospect research, lead qualification, HubSpot pipeline organization, outreach preparation, consultative sales support, and booking qualified sales conversations. This is a commission-based remote sales opportunity. Commissions can reach up to 30%, depending on lead source, sales ownership, and closing support. Commission is paid when BluCactus receives the corresponding client payment. BluCactus provides sales coaching, HubSpot access, proposal support, and experienced team support. Applications are reviewed manually by the BluCactus HR team. BluCactus does not use AI to screen, rank, reject, or select candidates for this role.
