Senior Analyst – Financial Savings Product Control

Salary: $55,000 – $105,000 annually plus bonus and benefits

Job Overview

Responsible for the ongoing control, evolution, and optimization of Amex savings products, including High Yield Savings Accounts and Certificates of Deposit, ensuring compliance, profitability, and superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and manage the financial savings product portfolio, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high satisfaction and timely deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation around customer journeys and product strategies, championing best‑practice studies and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and analyze key performance indicators and business scorecards for HYSA and CD products.
  • Partner with Analytics, Digital Product, and Servicing groups to monitor product and feature performance, leveraging customer insights to drive optimization and roadmap initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Naming Center and Operations teams on naming, training, and process updates to support product roadmap and business initiatives, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness of information.
  • Provide product enablement across the organization to facilitate execution of product changes and business priorities throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 1‑3 years of experience as a product, business or analytics analyst.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and customer needs.
  • Detail‑orientated with strong analytical and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create clear, concise documentation.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working across cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience driving initiatives and reducing errors across multiple projects.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to evolving environments.
  • Proactive “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude and a “start‑up” mentality.
  • Flexibility to evolve as the agency grows and changes.
