Senior Financial Analyst (Remote)

Korn Ferry is excited to partner with our client in the search for a Senior Financial Analyst.This role offers a mostly remote work environment with a competitive salary range of $95-115k base.Position SummaryAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be the backbone of financial and operational decision-making.Reporting to the Sr.Director of Finance and collaborating with the Florida Market President and various departmental le, your analysis will encompass retail sales, consumer purchasing behavior, and SG&A spending across the enterprise.Your insights will drive understanding of sales activity, pricing dynamics, seasonality, and inventory management.You will also take the lead in building reporting tools and analytics that support KPI measurement and executive dashboards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalytical SupportPerform comprehensive analysis of financial and operational performance to empower the Sr.Director of Finance.Deliver insights regarding Standard Margin performance.Analyze retail and consumer data to uncover customer purchasing behavior trends.Monitor SG&A spending patterns to support departmental leadership.Sales & Consumer InsightsEvaluate retail transaction data for key metrics including sales per transaction and promotional effectiveness.Identify product leaders, loss leaders, and seasonal trends that affect profitability.Provide insightful, data-driven recommendations to sales and marketing teams.KPI Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain dashboards and financial reports aligned with company KPIs.Track and assess operational and retail performance against strategic objectives.Deliver accurate reporting packages for management and executive leadership.Financial Planning & SupportAssist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.Provide ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis as needed.Collaborate with the Sr.Director of Finance in implementing new processes to enhance the finance function.QualificationsEducation :Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or CPA / CFA is preferred.Experience :3-5 years of financial analysis experience required, specifically in Retail / Consumer goods.Experience in manufacturing is a plus.Proven background in retail sales analytics.Demonstrated ability to convert data into actionable business insights.Technical Skills :Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards, Sage, NetSuite).Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.Competencies :Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders.Able to provide data-driven insights that support both finance and operational leaders.SE :510768788.
