Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Create technical design documents and present solutions to stakeholders
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow
Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and make recommendations for their implementation
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of ServiceNow solutions
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services
Experience with ServiceNow scripting and customization
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Availability to work remotely and on a freelance basis
