Job Description:

Execute a pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners; drive the discovery process; and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to address customer/prospect needs
Assist sales in developing account plans in support of Workiva strategies and objectives
Conduct process assessments with customers, build Proof of Concepts to validate requirements, and present customer-specific business cases
Assist in developing new use-cases or utilize existing templates to provide proof of our solution's value proposition
Work with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to achieve team and company goals
Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring to peers
Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domains, industries, and departments

Requirements:

Requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
Experience selling to or working in Investments/Asset Management, insurance or Banking industries
Prior experience working with Private/Mutual Fund Reporting, Investor Relations, Capital Planning, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, or Insurance Statutory Reporting
Experience with financial reporting technology, such as Allvue, SS&C, Yardi, Investran, Oracle, Workday, SAP or the Workiva platform
Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures
Ability to gather business needs and present a value-based, compelling software demonstration
Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to solve problems and articulate solutions to business problems with strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
