Plan and oversee project activities within the Product Lifecycle Value Generation (PLVG) and Global Lean Leader Enterprise (GLLE) programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules. Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or roadblocks. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and management. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to company policies. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Mentor junior project team members and provide guidance and support. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Adhere to project management methodologies and standards. Participate in project review meetings and provide insights and recommendations for future projects.
