This opportunity offers a full-time schedule and the chance to support a busy legal team on a variety of real estate matters.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Review, draft, and negotiate real estate related agreements and transaction documents.</li><li>Provide legal support on commercial real estate transactions and financing matters.</li><li>Conduct legal research and advise on real estate and property-related issues.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside parties to facilitate transactions and ensure timely execution of agreements.</li><li>Assist with due diligence and document review as needed.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.</li><li>Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. <strong>New York bar admission is preferred but not required.</strong></li><li>Minimum <strong>4 years of legal experience</strong> practicing in real estate law.</li><li>Experience with <strong>real estate finance transactions</strong> is strongly preferred.</li><li>Attorneys with experience at a <strong>title company</strong> will also be considered.</li><li>Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p>Preferred Background</p><ul><li>Commercial real estate transactions</li><li>Real estate lending and finance</li><li>Title and escrow matters</li><li>Transactional contract review and negotiation</li></ul><p>If you are an experienced real estate attorney looking for a short-term, full-time contract opportunity, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p>
