Territory Partnerships Lead Employers & Unions

Charlie Health is seeking a seasoned sales leader to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners across the Southeast. You will cultivate relationships with unions, employers, and EAP providers to connect employees and families to Charlie Health’s behavioral health services. You will travel regionally to field outreach events, present to HR leaders, and collaborate with internal teams to remove access barriers and grow partnerships nationwide.
