Tool & Die Group Leader - Stamping Operations

General Motors in Arlington is seeking a Tool & Die Group Leader to direct a skilled team in stamping operations. You will drive safety, quality, and cost objectives while maintaining tooling and dies to support uptime and continuous improvement in the Marion Metal Center. You will coach and develop staff, coordinate maintenance and launches with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality, and ensure documentation and countermeasures meet GM standards.
