Seasonal Tractor Trailer Drivers
Join a dedicated nationwide team also known as Feeder Drivers. In this role, you’ll drive tractor trailers along established routes between UPS facilities or customers, then return to your starting location at the end of each shift.
As a seasonal tractor trailer driver, you’ll operate well-maintained UPS vehicles, have route variation and the benefit of being home after every shift. Tractor trailer drivers work days, nights and/or weekends.
What you’ll need:
- Valid Class A CDL license (commercial driver’s license) in home state
- Doubles/Triples endorsement may be needed depending on location
- Satisfactory driving history
- Pass the DOT physical
- Pass a UPS driver test
- Reliability, responsibility, and a love of truck driving
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Seasonal tractor trailer drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

*This is a seasonal role. A seasonal job is a great place to start at UPS, and it might even lead to a permanent role that offers even more advantages and benefits! Permanent, full-time delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year. That includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave and option days. UPS also makes contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan for each employee.

- Demonstrate ability to consistently drive a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.

The base pay for this position is $47.21/hour
