Veterans Employment Processing Assistant

Supporting the Military team remotely, the part-time Veterans Employment Processing Assistant will assist with the processing of Veterans Readiness & Employment benefits, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and providing timely assistance to students utilizing these educational benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Field Veterans Readiness & Employment inquiries via phone and virtual platforms
• Assist with reporting student enrollments to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
• Process VA correspondence and support administrative tasks related to Veterans Readiness & Employment

Required qualifications:

• Current student receiving Veteran Education Benefits under Title 38, U.S.C
• Enrolled in an approved program of education at a rate of 3/4 time or greater
• Maintain good academic standing according to the institution's Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy
• Experience in customer service and customer relations
• Fundamental understanding of Veterans Education Benefits
