Volunteer: Fundraising Strategy & Roadmap

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.<br><br>We are a new nonprofit and need a practical plan and support to fund our documentary and mission. We need help creating a clear, prioritized fundraising strategy across grants, individual giving, sponsorships, and campaigns - so our outreach is focused rather than scattered. Deliverable: A written fundraising strategy / roadmap: our best-fit funding sources, a realistic sequence, and simple targets and next steps that our fundraising volunteers can use to be successful.<br><br>Polaris's purpose and mission cannot be fulfilled without the support of donations. We have never fundraised before, but are a passionate group of individuals committed to helping humanity. By helping us unlock the funds we need to drive our mission to success we can start filming (we have a committed production team and prominent interviews secured) and uncover why Americans are so sick and the action to change it. We are so grateful for your help!<br><br>We have our budget and our fiscal sponsorship in place to accept tax-deductible donations, and several grant writers already working — this strategy ties it together.<br><br>Polaris, Inc Mission: Polaris is a nonprofit tech company providing the platform for a new way to organize and build: help people discover their purpose, connect them with the resources to fulfill it, and support the creation of organizations that benefit people and communities.
