ServiceNow Architect - Solution Architect
ITX Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM)
• Review the design, architecture, and proposed solution and go through ARB review
• Ensure adherence to best practices when implementing, configuring, or customizing on the platform
The SNOW Architect will participate in the Discovery and Implementation phases to apply best practices in the industry while adapting to customer's landscape.
