We are seeking a dependable Shipping Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and is committed to quality and accuracy.
Essential Job Duties
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before shipping.
Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
Generate and apply shipping labels and required documentation.
Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
Stage completed orders for outbound shipment.
Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred.
Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
Forklift certification or experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for shipping software and inventory systems.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Must be able to perform repetitive lifting and packaging tasks.
