If you thrive in hands-on roles and enjoy working with heavy machinery and technical systems, this position is your next exciting career move Duties - Operate and maintain drilling rigs, pumps, excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment essential for water well service operations - Assist in rigging up and rigging down equipment safely according to established procedures - Troubleshoot mechanical issues with pumping systems, drilling equipment, and other machinery to minimize downtime - Manage crew activities on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely while following all safety protocols - Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection, and other safety gear - Follow OSHA standards and company safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times Requirements - Proven outdoor work experience in well construction environments with familiarity in well installation or horizontal drilling - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively - Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tankers - Valid commercial truck driving license with experience in hauling tankers or similar vehicles preferred - Knowledge of pumping systems, rigging techniques, and oil rig operations is highly desirable - Ability to work in physically demanding conditions while maintaining safety standards - Excellent teamwork skills with experience managing or supporting crew members on construction or drilling sites - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures specific to oil & gas or construction industries This role offers an engaging environment where your technical skills make a real impact.
