About the Role
Hi! We're looking for a part-time contract Webflow Developer with deep, hands-on Webflow expertise to build and maintain responsive websites from Figma designs. This isn't an entry-level Webflow role, we need someone who knows the platform inside and out and can work fast without hand-holding, handling everything from complex CMS structures to advanced Interactions and custom code.
What You'll Do
- Build responsive, pixel-accurate pages in Webflow from Figma designs and Dev Mode handoff notes
- Architect and manage complex Webflow CMS collections, nested references, and dynamic content structures
- Implement advanced Interactions (scroll-driven animations, timelines, accordions, custom transitions) with clean, performant logic
- Translate design system components (from kits like Relume, Untitled UI) into scalable, reusable Webflow symbols/components
- Write and integrate custom code embeds (HTML/CSS/JS) when native Webflow features aren't enough
- Optimize builds for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser/device compatibility
- Troubleshoot complex layout, responsiveness, or interaction issues independently
- Manage assets (images, SVGs, icons) with proper export/optimization for web
What We're Looking For
- Extensive, demonstrable Webflow experience (strong portfolio of shipped, production Webflow sites required)
- Expert-level command of Webflow CMS, Interactions, Logic, and the class/style system
- Comfortable working from Figma Dev Mode handoff with minimal clarification needed
- Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals and working knowledge of JavaScript for custom code embeds
- Track record of solving non-trivial, custom Webflow challenges (not just template-based builds)
- Sharp attention to detail matching design specs (spacing, typography, states, responsiveness)
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively as a remote, part-time contractor
- Ecommerce build experience in Webflow
- Experience with Webflow's API or third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, custom apps)
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
