Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic finance team supporting a large enterprise organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing exceptional service to internal business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and code a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Enter invoice data into the AP system while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Provide guidance and support regarding payment processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established AP policies and controls.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to analyze and reconcile invoice data.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
- Experience processing high volumes of invoices in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working within a large organization and structured AP environment.
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Outlook
- Word
- Teams
Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Accounts Payable experience.

Advanced Excel skills, including:

Spreheet creation and analysis

Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a dedicated Accounts Payable professional who is comfortable managing large invoice volumes (approximately 150 invoices per day), communicates effectively with internal business partners, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely results.
