<h3>Training & Shift Information:</h3>
<ul>
</p>
<li><strong>Training Availability:</strong> Must be available for either Day shift (6:30 am – 6:30 pm) or Night shift (6:30 pm – 6:30 am) placement during training.<br />
</p>
<li><strong>Permanent Shift:</strong> All Kelly employees will move to Night shift (6:30 pm – 6:30 am) after completing training.

<h3><strong>Hiring Requirement:</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Mandatory ACT WorkKeys Assessment</strong></p>

<li>All applicants must successfully complete a 4-5 hour ACT WorkKeys assessment as part of the application process.
</ul>

<li>Strong assessment performance is required for employment consideration.

<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>
<ul>
</p>
<li>Operate, monitor, and adjust high-tech machinery for sterile suture production<br />
</p>
<li>Load/unload products and inspect for quality<br />
</p>
<li>Complete packaging and documentation<br />
</p>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area<br />
</p>
<li>Follow all safety, quality, and environmental protocols (ISO 13485, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001)<br />
</p>
<li>Communicate proactively with your team and management<br />
</p>
<li>Support reporting and deep cleaning tasks<br />
</p>
<li>Perform other assigned duties
</ul>
