<p><strong>Production Supervisor</strong></p><p>The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing equipment, facilities, and production staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations. This role supports daily production activities, drives continuous improvement, and maintains a positive, pro‑associate work environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor production processes and ensure all systems and procedures are followed.</li><li>Identify and resolve processing issues by coordinating equipment or process adjustments.</li><li>Gather feedback from production associates to improve workflow and plant performance.</li><li>Communicate effectively between shifts and complete detailed shift reports.</li><li>Lead daily operating system meetings to support production goals.</li><li>Oversee training, development, and progress of production associates.</li><li>Provide coaching, resolve employee concerns, and support team development.</li><li>Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve strong results.</li><li>Manage departmental performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.</li><li>Ensure compliance with plant safety policies and Occupational Health & Safety standards.</li><li>Promote safety improvements and injury‑prevention initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Experience & Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Lean experience preferred).</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills and team‑building abilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
