About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants / Support Workers.
This opportunity is open to both UK-based and international applicants. Certificate of Sponsorship/Skilled Worker visa sponsorship may be available to candidates who meet the applicable UK immigration requirements.
You will support individuals with their day-to-day needs and help them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting clients with everyday activities and personal care where required
- Assisting with meals and daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with mobility
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Following individual care plans
- Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring clients are treated with dignity, respect and compassion at all times
Who We’re Looking For
Previous care experience is helpful but is not essential for all positions, as training may be provided.
Applicants should:
- Have good spoken English
- Be compassionate, patient and dependable
- Be willing to undertake relevant training
- Meet any applicable right-to-work, qualification and visa requirements
